Reports, consultations and all other sessions are delivered digitally — by PDF, call or video. No shipping charge applies to them, in India or abroad.
Two things are physical and are shipped: the printed book Why This Date? (paperback and hardcover) and crystals.
Crystals are chosen after your chart is read and are ordered on WhatsApp. Before you pay, we confirm in writing the stone, the price, any shipping charge and the dispatch date. The tracking number is shared once the parcel leaves. Crystals are shipped within India only.
Your report is delivered as a PDF document, sent to the email address you provided at checkout, and to your WhatsApp number if you provided one.
